The Trespassing Update!

Hello all,

I've added something I'm excited about, going inside houses! (Well, only one house right now, can't go to 2nd floor, and nothing is inside, but) It's exciting! Future plans, randomized objects inside that will be paintable, people inside, going upstairs, etc.

I've also made upgrades work more, I've updated the upgrade points so you gain the panic level amount of points when you die, and I've tweaked the costs of upgrades for Health level and Time Slow power.
